Under normal circumstances, your package will be handed to our carrier partners within 1 to 3 business days. During high-volume windows such as seasonal refreshes, holiday promotions, or the launch of a new fabric collection, this preparation phase may stretch to 5 business days. We will keep you informed at every stage, and you can expect a dispatch confirmation in your inbox the instant your parcel leaves our facility.
Delivery Windows by Region
The journey from our warehouse to your home varies based on geography and the service level you choose. Flat shipping, our most economical option, typically covers the distance in 7 to 15 business days. Express shipping accelerates that timeline to 5 to 10 business days. Next-day shipping is reserved for qualifying postal codes and promises arrival within 1 to 2 business days after the order has cleared our warehouse. These figures are estimates rather than guarantees. Real-world variables such as border inspections, regional holidays, extreme weather, or unexpected carrier backlogs can all nudge a delivery date in either direction. We currently maintain active shipping lanes to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and a broad selection of European and Asian destinations. Following Your Parcel
Transparency matters to us, which is why every shipment receives a unique tracking identifier. The moment your order is on the move, we email you a direct link alongside the tracking number so you can monitor progress in real time, either through our order portal or the carrier’s own platform. A brief lag of 24 to 48 hours between dispatch and the first scan is common, so do not be alarmed if the status bar sits empty initially. Should the tracking page remain dormant beyond that window, or if the number itself appears invalid, contact us and we will escalate the matter with the courier on your behalf.
When Deliveries Hit a Snag
Despite our best efforts, the occasional parcel goes astray or sustains damage in transit. If your expected delivery date passes without a knock at the door, or if the box arrives torn, crushed, or waterlogged, get in touch within 7 days. We will open a case file with the shipping company and push for a swift resolution. In situations where the contents themselves are harmed, clear photographs of both the outer packaging and the affected bedding or sleepwear are immensely helpful. They allow us to process your report faster and determine the appropriate remedy, whether that means a replacement shipment or a refund. To minimize the risk of misdelivery, take a moment to verify that your street address, apartment number, postal code, and contact phone are all accurate before you click place order. If you spot a typo moments after submission, email [email protected] urgently. Corrections are only possible while the parcel is still inside our warehouse. Should a package boomerang back to us because of an incorrect address, an unanswered doorbell, or an unclaimed hold at a local pickup point, we will reach out to arrange redelivery. Please be aware that a fresh shipping charge will apply for the second attempt.
Signature Requirements and Secure Receipt
For orders that exceed a certain value threshold, or for destinations where porch piracy is a known concern, our carriers may require a signature upon handoff. Bedding sets in particular can be bulky and valuable, making secure receipt especially important. If you are not home to sign, the driver will leave a notice with options to reschedule the drop-off or retrieve the parcel from a nearby depot. You can sidestep this inconvenience by having the package routed to a workplace, a concierge desk, or a trusted friend who is regularly available during daytime hours. Simply enter that alternate address during checkout.
