What You Can Send Back
Most unused and unwashed items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To qualify, bedding and sleepwear must remain in their original packaging with all tags intact. Items that have been removed from packaging, show signs of use, carry odors, or display stains will not be accepted. Because bedding and sleepwear come into close contact with your skin, we enforce this policy strictly to protect the health and safety of all our customers. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Begin by sending an email to [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return or exchange. Our customer care team will respond within 24 to 48 hours with a return authorization number and step-by-step instructions. Do not ship anything back to us without this authorization number clearly marked on the outside of your package. Unauthorized returns will be refused at our warehouse and returned to you at your own expense.
Return Shipping Responsibilities
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless we made a mistake with your order or the item arrived defective. In those cases, we will email you a prepaid return label at no charge to you. When sending back items on your own, we strongly suggest using a shipping method that provides tracking and delivery confirmation. mcrays.com cannot assume liability for packages that go missing on their way back to us.
Refund Timeline and Method
After your return reaches our facility, our quality team will inspect it within 3 to 5 business days. Once approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Credit card and digital wallet refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, though your financial institution may need additional time to post the transaction. Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the return stems from an error on our part.
Exchanging for a Different Size or Color
If your pajamas do not fit quite right or your duvet cover clashes with your walls, we are happy to help you find a better match. Follow the same return process described above, and place a fresh order for the replacement item. This approach guarantees that the new size or color you want is reserved immediately and ships without delay. If the item you prefer is temporarily out of stock, we will process a refund and notify you the moment it becomes available again.
Defective or Incorrect Items
We inspect every sheet, pillowcase, pajama top, and sleep mask before it leaves our warehouse, but mistakes and defects can still slip through. If you receive the wrong item, the wrong size, or a product with a manufacturing flaw such as a torn seam, broken zipper, or uneven dye, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. Attach clear photos that show the issue, and we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at our expense, including any shipping costs involved.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Products marked as final sale, clearance, or limited edition are not eligible for return or exchange. These designations will be clearly visible on the product page before you purchase. Additionally, any bedding or sleepwear that has been used, washed, or removed from its original packaging for reasons other than inspecting the item cannot be returned.
